STM Act of 2022. Push this Bill up Capitol Hill.
ADR Service. Develop, test, and evaluate our spaceflight hardware by deorbiting 40 existing debris objects.

Save your contribution receipts. Once the Bill is legislated, you will be able to file for a $2 tax credit for every $1 you contributed, in the first two years, then $1 for every $1 contributed in the years following.

If 1% of U.S. working population contributed $40 that would provide the funding required for both the above solutions. Thank you in advance for your help!
