In 35 years, he has developed organizational strategy, established & executed policy, and lead cross-functional teams responsible for developing space and aerospace products, including satellites, rockets, missiles, airplanes, helicopters, as well as ISS and space shuttle components, nuclear reactors, and the largest laser and optical research facility. Earned a BS in Chemistry from UC Riverside, studied polymer chemistry at USC, mechanical engineering at CSU Long Beach, project management at George Washington University, and certified as a Project Management Professional.
